Job Description

We believe that despite being in the internet age – people still buy from people and there will always be a market for a value added service.

We are looking for a self motivated individual to help grow our business and generate business mainly from current clients and existing leads. You must have a proven track record of achievement, a systematic approach to selling and the drive to succeed.

We will give you a comprehensive grounding in our printing processes – from taking a client concept all the way through to the finished document. You do not need to have a printing background.

JOB TITLE

Relationship Sales. You will need to be someone who loves getting to know clients and their business and growing accounts. You will also need to have good customer skills – be it personal or over the telephone and be able to take rejection and bounce back.

JOB

This will be split between

Handling numerous leads from web referrals and marketing campaigns and opening new accounts.

Developing new and lapsed clients. Growing existing accounts to their maximum.

Maximising business from incoming calls – constantly seeking opportunities for development.

Pricing - Winning business through competitive estimating.

Producing targeted marketing plans.

SALARY

Up to 35K depending on experience, plus profit share.

LOCATION

Heart of Mayfair, London W1

HOURS

Basic are 9am to 6pm – although we are happy to be flexible.

EXPERIENCE

Essential
A track record of achieving results – through growing accounts – must be able to demonstrate genuine sales success
Impeccable spoken & written English along with excellent presentation skills
Good experience of building relationships with clients at various levels (receptionists, PA’s and directors)
A methodical approach to monitoring and tracking the growth of accounts

Preferable but not essential
A good understanding of ACT! or Goldmine
Experience in the printing industry
