First class opportunity for an experienced General Manager who can take the leading role in driving a business forward via the effective management of people and systems. You will have excellent all-round production and planning experience in all areas of Direct Mail and, or Transactional Mail. You will also have experience of leading teams to run an efficient and effective operation on a day to day basis. The General Manager will need a proven track record of implementing and managing change with an emphasis on continuous improvement and performance management, to ensure delivery of key account objectives. They must have excellent man-management skills and have the ability to not only affect change internally and deliver in-line with KPIs and SLAs, but by being client facing; co-ordinate, negotiate and monitor commercial accounts to ensure they fit the business model.
