Job Description

We are looking for an Account Executive to manage client relationships in the transactional mail department at our site in Speke. There will also be occasional travel to client’s sites.

Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for

• Managing of the end to end production process
• Strengthening client relationships
• Looking for new business opportunities
• Maintain Service Levels, Quality and ISO standards.

The successful candidate will provide the client with a dedicated print management service, focused on total client satisfaction. They will have a solid print knowledge and a proven track record of successfully managing the end to end production process of transactional mail.

It is essential that they are commercially aware and are able to influence key individuals to grow both existing accounts as well as generate new work.

They will have a flexible approach, be self motivated and confident as well as having strong planning and organization skills and will enjoy working in a fast paced, challenging environment where they will have the opportunity to influence and make an impact.
