Company Summary
As the global talent shortage intensifies it becomes more important for employers to recruit the talented individuals that can help them achieve their key objectives. Therefore choosing a recruitment partner becomes a critical decision.
Ellis Fairbank’s Print and Packaging team has operated in the marketplace for over ten years. Our experienced team works solely within the sector and, as a result, has built up a strong network with some of the strongest clients and candidates within the industry.
We pride ourselves in having a complete understanding of the markets we serve, allowing us to stay one step ahead of our competition. This puts us in a strong position to quickly understand, identify and deliver stronger candidate shortlists.
The team has now grown across the UK and Europe recruiting for many of the market leaders within Printing and Packaging markets. We excel in the recruitment of commercial, technical and operational biased roles within the packaging consumable and machinery markets.
Our aim is simple to find the best candidates in the market not just the best people who happen to be on the market.
