Job Description

Successful packaging design company who offer complete packaging solutions are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager for their Design and production department. You will work on the factory floor setting standards for all work to be completed to and making sure staff adhere to these standards. Although you will have a team reporting to you it will be essential that you remain hands on by getting involved in quality checks. You will have the opportunity to implement you own quality levels and have the authority to stop production if the quality of work drops below these levels. The ideal candidate will either be working in a similar role or in a Packaging Quality Assurance role ready to make the next step up to Quality Assurance Manager. It would be highly desirable to have QA experience in the cosmetics, perfume or FMCG market place and it is essential that you have Packaging industry experience.
