The Company:
The company are part of a large print Group with sites across the UK. They print using a number of processes including Web, Litho, Digital and Direct Mail. They are well established with a high volume and high capacity production site with all the latest kit.

The Role:
They are looking for an experienced Press Room Manager to oversee the Print department working the day shift. This position will be responsible for 3 shift managers and over 50 shop floor staff. The role is to oversee the whole department but a candidate with 'hands-on' attitude will be a distinct advantage with regard to understanding and operating large Web Presses.

Requirements:
Applicants must have a proven track record in man-management and have worked in a similar environment. Ideally the candidate will have a working knowledge of Web presses and have worked in a managerial role within Web Offset.
