Job title: Business Development Manager
Remuneration: £40-50K (depending on experience) with a fully funded company car, mobile phone, and laptop
Location: South East of England

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager for a UK based corrugated packaging distributor. The sales area is based in the South East along the M1 / M4 corridors.

It is likely that the ideal candidate will possess:-

o Knowledge of the corrugated packaging market is essential with a proven track record in corrugated box sales;
o Strong influencing / negotiating skills with the ability to sell problem-solving solutions;
o Innovation & individuality with a ‘hunter’ sales drive;
o Good communication skills;
o Enthusiasm, drive and discipline.

The challenge is to grow a sales area in the M1 / M4 region developing profitable new business in line with the company strategy.

Specifically, the successful candidate’s objectives will be to deliver a growth plan to gain £500K of new business (depending on experience) in the first year, with an annual new business target of £500K thereafter.

Salary will be £40-50K (negotiable, depending on experience), plus a fully funded company car and mobile phone.
