The Company:
A global provider and specialist within packaging design, artwork and reprographics delivering brands to market.
The Role:
To contribute to the smooth running of the Business Unit by operational management of accounts for designated clients.
• Communicate effectively with all clients, internal and external
• Identify client requirements
• Maximize income on client accounts
• Document/record all instructions and create job packs for the Studio.
• Manage client requirements and expectations
• Develop client relationships
• Manage critical paths and timings.
• Maintain and provide performance reports and feedback to clients.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have previous experience within a customer service/ account exec role within the print and/ or packaging industry. Good IT skills and the ability to multitask to enable the client to be serviced to a high standard are essential.
