Field Sales / Account Manager (Print - Capital Equipment). South East
This is an excellent opportunity for those with a proven track record in selling digital printing solutions into the commercial/professional print and Graphic Art industries.
SALARY £32,000 - £42,000 (OTE £89,000) uncapped.

LOCATION Field based in South East England.
COMPANY
Our prestigious client provides Capital Equipment solutions to the commercial/professional print and Graphic Art sector.
ROLE
a) Develop and maintain an account plan for each Commercial Print named account working in liaison with the Customer’s overall Account Director and to agree the revenue, gross profit, solution and other objectives of these accounts with the Sales Manager.
b) Support the activities of the Professional Print cross functional team and establish processes to deliver the account plan objectives.
c) Ensure the highest satisfaction and loyalty of our client’s customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Capture customer requirements identifying opportunities for improved performance, productivity and efficiency and building strong relationships across the customer organization.
b) Plan the use of Solutions Business Consultants to contribute to the Account Plans and to help implement them.
c) Lead the cross functional delivery team activities for own accounts in order to ensure the customer has a single and coherent experience of our client.
d) Conduct account reviews on a planned periodic basis with the customer.
e) Formulate the negotiation plan, negotiate and finalise the customer contract within the relevant national or international contract process.
f) Monitor, forecast and report on progress with reference to agreed performance targets.
g) Identify ways of improving the overall service and market approach and feedback to management customer comments.
h) Maintain relevant information to stay ahead of the competition and remain up to date with the industry and customer market.
i) On an ongoing basis, discuss with the customer’s key influencers the vision for the future, and be active in leading the development of new business areas of the customer.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
a) Experience selling press technology (digital) into the Commercial Print and/or Graphic Art Market.
b) Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of technical abilities.
c) Full driving licence and preferably located currently in the South East.
