Job title: Business Development Manager

Remuneration: £25 to £35k (neg depending on experience) Package to include: car / mobile phone / laptop.

The Role: The role is to increase the sales of the business – developing a plan in line with the company’s business plan; developing new opportunities for this business using a strategic and focussed approach to specific new customers.

Whilst developing new sales growth is essential, the role may also include account management and organic growth. Working closely with the internal staff, the role will include the requirement for excellent communication skills to exceed customer expectations.

The Person: You should be driven, loyal and hardworking with a good business head for day to day matters. An existing packaging sales professional, you should possess a good knowledge of your local packaging users. It is essential that you have experience of working for a packaging distributor with an excellent proven track record of packaging sales.
