Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join the UK's leading BPO and outsourcing business.

You should have a sound track record of delivering results within a client-facing environment, understanding the requirement to provide first-class service whilst managing all elements of client interaction. Although actual operational responsibility will not be part of your remit, you will be responsible for forecasting and managing the commercial aspects of several of our client's in-house print sites, including Swindon and Southampton.

This is a hands-on support role and you must be be familiar with all relevant aspects of this print, including document management and volume copying and digital printing.

It is essential you have specific CRM experience and a track record of growing results within a similar environment.
