PACKAGING DESIGNER
UPTO 25 DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE, CONTRIBUTORY PENSION. CHILDCARE VOUCHERS, HEALTH COVER, EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT SCHEME

We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Designer who will be responsible for delivering outstanding packaging solutions to our customer base. The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre or possess relevant work experience.

Working as part of our Manufacturing team, the role is based at Westbury and involves travel to our Grantham site on occasions. This role is integral to the success of the business, with the successful candidate driving new packaging development projects with various internal partners.

Reporting to the Operations Director, responsibilities include
· Champion packaging innovation and sustainability in projects
· Design and create specifications using CAD software
· Provide technical support and guidance to customers – attending meetings when required
· Making samples and testing of the design concept
· Supporting the sales team in creating new opportunities
· Identifying the suitability and availability of products
