Account Director - East Midlands/East Anglia

Leading global Document Management solutions provider seek to appoint an exceptional Account Director to transition & manage a key Public sector client’, recently secured as part of a key contract win.

Managing a team of Account Managers across three verticals on geographically spread sites you must have extensive experience of leadership, Account implementation, enhanced Client relationship development and management of a £5M+ critical Transactional or Direct Mail print management contract.

Inevitably requiring a degree of personality & flair, critically you must possess the key attributes of structure, process/agenda management and cultural understanding alongside an enhanced personnel management capability, and the ability to drive performance, quality and revenue through strong leadership, process & KPI’s.

You will ‘own’ the responsibility for the successful transition of the Client contract into the greater business & the maximisation of its contribution into the broader business.
