Leading global Document Management solutions provider seek to appoint an exceptional Head of Operations for their ‘super Transactional facility’, recently secured as part of a key contract win.

Managing a diverse on site team of approximately 50 staff initially, you must have extensive experience of leadership & management of a critical Transactional or Direct Mail output facility.

Enhanced personnel management, driving performance & quality through strong leadership, process & KPI’s, you will ‘own’ the responsibility for the successful transition of the operation into the greater business & the development of it’s quality, capability and services into the greater market opportunity.
