Job Description
THIS ROLE REQUIRES SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS TURKISH AND LIVES OR IS HAPPY TO RELOCATE TO TURKEY.
Responsibility to effectively manage team and performance of the Customer Services Dept.
Interface with key account managers, other sites globally, production, operations, HR, finance, IT. Responsible for sourcing internal and/or external support for the development of the team & way of work.
To be responsible for and manage on a daily basis the process of Customer Service given through this department to our customers. This also includes developing strong relationships with customer service depts abroad, and with Sales Acc Mgrs in end-user countries.
To set business plans and timescales for the Customer Services Dept.
