Here’s a rare opportunity for a packaging expert to be an ambassador for change with one of the world’s leading drinks organisations.

Our client is looking for a Packaging and Dispense Innovation Manager to develop new packaging and dispensing solutions across their supply chain.

Working within the framework of their Innovation Programme, you’ll manage their packaging innovation team and develop new packaging solutions and cost saving initiatives for some of the UK’s favourite brands

When you join us as a Packaging Innovation Manager you will:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 packaging experts
• Work with our commercial team to develop and delivery innovation through packaging.
• Assess new Cost saving opportunities within the supply chain and implement new projects accordingly
• Proactively resolve any packaging design issues
• Work closely with our Strategic Sourcing department to build effective relationships with key suppliers.

For the position of Packaging Innovation Manager we are looking for someone who is of degree calibre (or equivalent) and has an Institute of Packaging Diploma. Previous experience within an FMCG or similar branded business is essential, as is exposure to various forms of packaging. Proven leadership skills are key, and you will support these with the ability to challenge accepted practices.
