Customer Service Executive – Print, Leicester

Can you deliver exceptional customer service whilst project managing effectively to ensure we meet our client’s high expectations?

This is a key role within our business. Our reputation for quality demands that each job has a technically experienced person overseeing the entire print production process, ensuring quality and delivery expectations are not compromised.

Supported by your technical production knowledge of working in a sheet fed, litho printing environment, you will have perfected the art of teamworking, possess excellent communication and IT skills and be able to foresee and effectively resolve any issues that may arise.

You will have a courteous and flexible approach to both internal and external clients and be focused on building strong client relationships.
