Business Information Analyst

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Business Information Executive role is to provide the necessary contract administration support and management information required for the successful day to day operation of XGS accounts. This will involve creating and providing key account level reporting for presentation to customer and internal MI for account team as well as data provision and input to ensure accurate billing of the client.

Key Accountabilities

• Be the account team centre of competence on the Mercury billing system and Purchasing system (SRM).
• Responsible Job ticket entry, meter reading input and invoice creation and provision of management information to support the invoice.
• Benchmark process design, documentation and improvement tasks.
• Receipt, investigation and resolution of customer queries relating to billing
• Take ownership of debt and resolution of queries to enable timely payment of invoices
• Update of billing systems and XOS Toolsuite in relation to IMAC activity
• Set up and provision of daily/weekly/monthly management packs in relation to account performance metrics completing trend analysis and reporting

Candidate Requirements

• A successful proven track record gained within a service delivery / customer contact environment.
• Good analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with an ability to analyse relevant information to make quality decisions.
• Good presentation, customer service and effective communication skills
• Methodical, organised, good time management skills.
• Service exposure to Xerox or 3rd Party MFD, printers, copiers and fax would be advantageous.
• Able to show initiative and creativity with all tasks
