Job Description
New account win within an established print company now require an Account Executive / POS installer to be based at their clients site in Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity working on all Print and POS for a large retail client.
The role covers the multiple divisions and as such will involve travel to our other sites around the UK.
Within the unique role there would be the requirement to install POS in the mock shops and visit the trial and rebrand stores to help installation (all team members are required to do this from time to time, to work alongside the customer). The install work requires the use of ladders and a considerable amount of manual handling.
For conferences and special events (and trial stores) there will be the need to stay over in random UK locations as required by the customer.
Hours of work are expected to be flexible.
Our clients credibility as a team in working in their head office is paramount, you are expected to be on site (or in one of their stores ) as and when required, with little notice of any changes.
The role can be fairly pressurised and will be in the first year as the key admin function will be to support the implementation of the new workflow system.
You will work as part of a team and your duties will include:
* Understanding of work in progress and update as necessary
* Review all print quantities, post every campaign to ensure most effective quantities
* Customer liaison including critical paths including details on print processes
* Ensure correct database for all stores at all times
* Quotes/invoicing
* Speciality Activity Planner
* Promotional Reports
* Weekly store order updates and updates to the company
* Processes in place and running smoothly for new stores/renewals
* Company liaison including critical paths
* Set, drive and meet critical paths
* Brief the company with POS orders/amends
* Planning
* Store visits ans installation of POS
* Plan to trial new ideas
* Plan projects
* Meetings/attend marketing meetings
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding client and organisational skills, a good print knowledge, an eye for detail, a commitment to customer service, a high degree of computer literacy, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
You will also need to be process driven and able to work to tight timescales.
You will need to be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
