NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - STUNNING OPPORTUNITY
Competitive salary + market leading, uncapped commission + car allowance + no sector or geographical restrictions + the longer term potential to run the entire business development function.
We are seeking an established and ambitious Business Development specialist to join us and create a significant impact. First and foremost you will be expected to rapidly build on any business you can bring with you, being rewarded in return with a market leading, unlimited commission structure.
But the opportunity also exists, if you wish, to expand and run the entire process of business development within Penrose - and to of course be rewarded for its success.
What we expect of you-
• That you are a well established salesperson (or an account manager with exceptional client contacts and a demonstrable sales bias), within the B1 or B1/B2 market, and with a proven current client base.
• That you reside within a reasonable and practical distance of our plant near Heathrow.
• That you are a focussed, self starter who will work hard to hunt out and generate new business – and not just manage what you already have. At Penrose you will be fully accountable, but not hovered over, and so we seek only those who can work on their own initiative and are determined to succeed.
