Job Description
We require someone to help in assisting the running of this busy production site which needs a radical overhaul. You will be responsible for the production, warehousing, maintenance and distribution functions including quality systems, health and safety and site KPI’s.
As well as being conversant with all aspects of print production with particular emphasis on Transactional you must have a high level of commercial acumen and excellent communication skills and prove that you are able to work closely with customers in understanding their requirements and needs. You will need to educate and in some cases re-train staff on the shop floor. Change of attitude and culture is a vital part of this role so not for the faint-hearted.
