Job Description

Due to increased work load we need to recruit another member for our Design Team to help create outstanding Retail Point of Sale campaigns.

You will be retained on a self-employed basis with a steady flow of work to generate £30,000 OTE. This will comprise payments per standard artwork produced and an hourly rate for creative work. This formula works very well for our existing team.

You will be based mostly at our Loughton, Essex office with some time in Shenley,Herts. Hours are 9–5pm weekdays and as workload dictates.

One big advantage is that you can generate extra income from any 'private' clients work using our facilties, providing our work takes precedence. In effect we're giving you the opportunity to run your own business whilst we pay the overhead!

Experience

• 2 years + proven experience ideally in large format graphic design
• Strong and demonstrable creative abilities essential – this will need to be evidenced at the interview stage
• Must be very competent in the use of ‘In-design’ and have solid experience of other major graphics software
• Knowledge of large format print processes would be useful.

Personal Qualities

• A good communicator able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines
• A detailed very methodical approach
• Able to manage and maximise own time
