The Company:
This leading Flexographic printer boast state of the art lean manufacturing facilities, making it one of the most efficient plants operating in Europe. Providing a high standard quality service to the soft drinks, beverage and diary industries. Continuingly investing to propel the company forward subsequently increasing the capacity of the plant, always exploring changes and processes in the flexographic printing industry.
The Role:
•Being a major player within the labels sector, the company is now looking to expand its portfolio into high quality flexible packaging, with the ability to develop new areas through intensive research and development.
•Having a successful proven sales track record in developing new business within the flexible packaging industry throughout UK and Europe, the successful candidate will be able to display in depth knowledge within a specific market sector.
•Preferred sectors would be food, pharmaceutical, medical however deviating from commodity sectors. The more complex/niche the sector the more of interest this would be.
•My client would also consider any individuals who currently sell OPP labels, who are looking to expand their own product knowledge into the flexible packaging arena.
Requirements:
•Proven successful sales track record – New Business Development
•Experience of dairy, soft drinks, beverage, medical, pharmaceutical sectors
•Strong technical understanding of print process (flexographic)
•Strong technical understanding of flexible packaging substrates and their application
•Prepared to travel within UK and European region
•Drive, passion, enthusiasm and a will to succeed
