Job Description

Geoff Neal Litho Limited is a very successful and growing printing and direct mail company based near Heathrow, with 65 staff.

Our success is based on our positive culture and our continuing certification to international standards for quality, environmental management, information security, together with health & safety in the pipeline (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and OHSAS 18001 respectively).

We are seeking a person with the relevant administrative experience who can take control of and maintain our existing certifications, by keeping the appropriate records, promoting quality, health, safety and environmental responsibility throughout the workplace (both office and factory) and ensuring all testing and monitoring is carried out within the required time limits. They will also move the company towards OHSAS18001 certification.

The successful candidate for this role will be self driven and keen to ensure that the company maintains high levels of performance. They will be able to work without close supervision, advising senior management of changes in legislation and best practice which could or would have an impact on the company and/or employees.

The person currently performing this role is looking to transfer these responsibilities so that they can concentrate on other duties within the company. Whilst training will be provided with regard to the particular systems implemented within the company, the successful candidate will have an awareness of health, safety, quality and/or environmental management within in a manufacturing environment.
