Job Description

Work closely with customers and the sales team to capture requirements, ensure timely and accurate processing of customer quotes and orders,
striving to achieve excellence in efficiency and effectiveness as well as global compliance with customer requirements.

Key Functions & Responsibilities
Packaging Development
Directly responsible for the entire management of project stages referred to as Development and Order, including, among other activities project simple management, management with manufacturers, and registration of items in the IT system and management of customer orders.
Shared responsibility together with the sales team member involved in the project stage referred to as Quotation. The Project Manager drafts offers drawing on information provided by sales team member and in accordance with the organisation’s established procedures and/or work instructions. ?

Prepare the planning for the two assigned stages of the project, establishing timelines for each phase.
Register new items and introduce modifications to articles in the IT system in accordance with established company procedures.
Maintain ongoing and open communication with the assigned sales team member, the customers and manufacturers.
Carry out inspections and verification of partial or final project samples Participate actively in the opening, compiling of documentation and information, solving and closure of Non-Conformities.
Participate actively in identification of the most suitable packaging to meet the requirements of each project / customer.
Sourcing
Attain the best purchasing conditions through negotiation of each specific project with manufacturers.
Fully comply with quality requirements established by the organisation in order to place a purchase order with a manufacturer.

Client Services
Introduce, confirm and manage all orders into the IT system for all assigned customer orders and/or projects.
Ensure orders validation, compliance and approvals.
Collaborate actively in fostering customer loyalty (repeat orders or other options).
Communicate any incidents concerning orders and their delivery to customers and the corresponding sales team member.
Perform and participate in the analysis of customer satisfaction evaluations in relation to compliance with their needs regarding the product pursuant to the system established by the organisation.

Additional Functions & Responsibilities
Participate actively in regular meetings held to coordinate and analyse projects (Operations Meeting)
Participate actively in compliance with business, departmental and personal objectives corresponding to the technical department.
Make regular visits to suppliers, manufacturers and sector trade fairs.
Participate, when required, in Quality Control Committee meetings.

Qualifications / Skills Required
Vocational training level studies, technical engineering or higher.
Preferred candidate should have knowledge of the cosmetics market and/or packaging sector.
Intermediate-advanced user of IT applications and CRM.
Preferred candidate should have knowledge of and experience with SAP or SAP B1
Sufficient knowledge is required to be able to operate using basic technical terminology and language associated with the activity carried out by the organisation (designs, technical specifications and similar).
Preferred candidate should have complementary qualifications in Project Management or equivalent.

Excellent command of Spanish, English and of the language most commonly used in the assigned region.

High degree of commitment to compliance with customers’ requirements pursuant to the standards established and work methods defined by the organisation.
Excellent level of precision and standardization in the performance of duties.
Commitment to compliance with deadlines for delivery of any activity related to the project.
Capable of detecting new customer requirements in articles or services related to those provided or delivered to customers.
Ability to establish priorities in multi-tasking operations.
Accustomed to planning workload and participating in the planning of other actions and events.
Ability to reach objectives and to work with tailored indicators.
Excellent ability to communicate in both written and oral language.

A good negotiator.
Ability to work with a large volume of information.
Preferred candidate should have work experience in work environments under ISO 9000 standards or similar.
