Job Description
1st Degree level education
Proven focus on meeting customer needs with business acumen.
Two or more years experience in a Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing or management discipline
Good working knowledge of markets and supply / distribution chains
Good working knowledge of site operations
Track record of management / leadership of people
Excellent communications, negotiating and influencing skills
High quality IT skills
Strong analytical skills
Able to work accurately with minimum direction
Able to communicate effectively in English
Previous experience in a high volume change environment
Previous experience in a pack management leadership position
Additional languages above native and / or English
The client seeks candidates with experience of managing teams of 20 or more and an in-depth technical knowledge of reprographics / artwork production and processes.
