Job Description

• To liaise directly with Own Label customers (marketing, origination, technical), and their nominated design /repro houses, including visits where necessary to ensure satisfactory critical paths, action plans are in place for all relevant projects.

• Liaising with internal customers (Marketing departments, Account Managers, Packing Sites & Brand Managers) and nominated Packaging / Graphic suppliers to ensure awareness, accountability and fluent project delivery is maintained.

• To control all Packaging projects within their area, from implementation, critical path management, to launch via central work process tools.

• To ensure all packaging meets internal & external customer quality expectations including ‘passing on press’ where necessary

• To ensure all packaging meets legal, & where necessary, outside organisation’s requirements.

• To assist the Packaging Technologist in the process & development of all packaging within the business

• To maintain a flexible and dedicated manner to working hours necessary to ensure internal and external customers’ expectations are consistently met.
