Sales Manager - Flexibles

Our client is an award winning recognised leader in printing & coating techniques, film and paper laminates, multi film laminates, wax coated paper, shrink film applications and pouch and bag structures. They currently require a Midlands based Sales Manager for a National role selling within the bakery industry. The company currently generate sales in excess of £30million.

Responsibilities

•Generating ongoing business with existing clients
•New business development
•Lead Generation, appointment making, presenting to clients and closing
•Working to targets

The ideal candidate MUST be

•A self-starter who is able to take direction but work with minimum supervision to set and achieve aggressive targets.
•A good communicator, with good interpersonal relationship skills, throughout all levels of the company, suppliers and customers.
•Have a proven track record of flexile film sales success within the target market as well as the desire to join a well respected company
