Job Description

The Account Director role in the business unit is a senior leadership role with responsibility for leading
and developing a multidisciplined team of around twenty people split between marketing consultants,
customer service, creative, artworking and production.

This team is responsible for developing and delivering budgeted marketing plans which can be proven to
increase sales for your allocated retailers. They work with a approximately 150 automotive retailers providing
local site marketing advice and support for new, used, finance, fleet and aftersales communications linked
to integrated media services. They look after each of these retailers by supporting all of their B2C marketing communications both traditionally and digitally. This involves educating retailers in the principals of local integrated marketing and new emerging trends linked to the most effective communication channels.

You will ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction to their retailer network through the efficient and effective deployment of the products and services.
