Account Manager x2 - Direct Mail

Our client is one of the largest independent printing companies in Europe and deal within the publishing, retail, and direct marketing sectors. Our client are ISO 9002 and QMP accredited they offer a variety of services including Direct Mail, Litho Print, Digital Print and Web Print with numerous sites throughout the UK and Europe. Across the group they employ over 5000 staff and turnover approximately £400 million.

Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit 2 Direct Mail Account Managers to join the customer services team and aid in providing client with an expert service.

Duties include

•Provide a broad range of Direct Mail products to customers in the retail, travel, and mail order sectors
•Maintain and develop customer accounts throughout
•Manage a portfolio of key accounts and use experience of negotiation to secure accounts
•Ensure all estimates and correspondence are completed
•Be able to work well under pressure
•Provide a high level of customer service, and build on those relationships to maintain repeat business
