Job Description

The are looking for someone to manage key customer accounts and to build and develop the relationships, maximise opportunities for offering additional solutions and maximising profit for the business.

Principle Accountabilities

To manage key direct and transactional mail accounts for strategic clients ensuring client requirements and expectations are understood

Developing client accounts to maximise profitabilty, liaising with sales colleagues when the client proposition can be expanded

Developing internal briefs for production and data processing to deliver client requirements, Liaising with commercial teams to secure best pricing options and develop client costings

Managing weekly client updates and on site meetings for sign off

Liaising with the client to resolve all issues speedily and in line with defined SLAs

Producing all required client reporting weekly and monthly

Producing all client invoices within 24 hours from job completion

Supporting , developing and coaching team colleagues where required

You must have either Direct Mail or Transactional Mail experience to apply to this role.
