Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Print Supervisor at the Wisbech site. Reporting to the Factory Manager and working the continental shifts, the main purpose of this role is to ensure that company policies, procedures and systems are followed within the production activities of the business at a practical shop floor level. These activities include manufacturing, engineering, health and safety and hygiene control as well as having the first line responsibility for employees on their particular shift.

This is a hands on and challenging role and good communication skills, problem solving, having drive and enthusiasm with the ability to achieve set key performance indicators is essential. You will need to be capable of working either on your own initiative or as part of a team.

Experience of the litho and flexographic print process is necessary, however full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Although working to a continental shift pattern, you will however be required to work the shift necessary, to cover for sickness and holidays.
