Job Description

Charterhouse is a marketing services production company that manages the sourcing, production and final delivery of printed and digital communications on behalf of our clients.

We work with some of the world’s top brands and currently undertake work in 20 countries across Europe and multiple territories. Charterhouse strives to truly understand our clients marketing goals and delivering the most cost effective and sustainable solutions for them. Due to continued growth we have fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager based on client site in Staines 2/3 days a week and at our London office 2/3 days a week.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the customer service and product delivery through constant liaison with clients and suppliers on all matters relating to print and campaign management services. You will also be responsible for selection of the most appropriate supplier, negotiate costing and timescales for each job and ensure that internal procedures are followed at all times. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional customer service.

Potential candidates will have 3+ years experience working as an account manager within a Print Management / agency environment with proven ability to meet targets. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, creative and passionate about their job.
