Sales Manager - Labels

Our client is a leading manufacturer of tickets, tags and labels, providing the full innovative merchandising systems for the retail and apparel industry.

Looking to recruit a Sales Manager, responsible for leading a team of either internal or external Sales Representatives

Responsibilities

•Train and provide development opportunities for staff.
•Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated.
•Responsible for attaining plan objectives within an assigned area.
•You must have a strong focus on employee sales training, account
management training and business development training
•Providing direction for segments, establishing clear goals, strategies
and initiatives and driving the necessary changes to ensure achievement
of divisional financial and non-financial metrics.
•Achieve maximum levels of productivity, ensuring that the business
benefits from the lowest possible cost and best value.
•Develop and implement local, national or strategic sales strategies for ~
customers, channels, and/or large geographic areas.
•Oversee the creation and management of territory and account strategies
to deliver on price and mix objectives.
•Prepare and manage sales, margin, and expense budgets.
