Job Description

Purpose of the job

Through liaising with Client Service Managers and the central buying teams, this role is responsible for ensuring that services to the customer are delivered to specification and on time. The job-holder will be expected to have considerable client contact and will have gained over 5 years’ experience specialising in Direct Mail.

Key responsibilities

Service

Procurement of services, delivering on time, to specification, to a high quality and to contractual targets.

Developing strong relationships with Client officers.

Providing technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards.

Maintaining full understanding of a broad range of HH’s services.

Production of detailed specifications for internal and external clients.

Monitoring high standards and working together on new methods and procedures
Uses of management information systems.

Ensuring best practice in conjunction with wider HH operations group

Client Management

Develops a good understanding of the client’s business and industry sector.

Builds relationships with clients / agencies and manage their perceptions and expectations.

Owns and resolves customer / agency complaints.

Attends customer / agency meetings as required.
