Our client is a print communications group, providing their customers with a comprehensive solution for their entire print and marketing needs. Led by a management team with extensive experience in print they now seek to recruit a Client Services Director / Customer Services Director.
This is a key appointment for the business, and one which will help them achieve their ambitious growth targets, and is hence the ideal opportunity for a senior customer service management professional with experience of managing high calibre people.
As the Client Services Director / Customer Services Director, you will have responsibility for delivering our client's customer experience across all segments, products and services.
In an industry where service really sets the best providers apart, this role will passionately ensure the customer remains at the centre of everything the business does, and as such the role will be pivotal in
Executing customer management strategies
Developing and championing truly customer-focused culture, standards and passion
Inspiring all service colleagues to deliver what's right for the customer
Leading and developing a team of department and project managers
Challenging, reviewing and developing the service model used
