Area Sales Manager
Our client is a UK based flexible packaging company specialising in the manufacture of polythene bags, carriers and printed films, for the packaging of food, mail order goods, household and consumer durables. They are currently looking for an Area Sales manager to source new business and expand upon existing accounts in the North West with a focus on Retail markets.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of sales success within the flexible packaging for food market as well as the desire to join a well respected company.
Duties include
•Taking responsibility for new business wins in an industry vertical.
•Develop a strategic and tactical model for business development,
identifying new opportunities for solutions to fit potential customers.
•Building relationships with corporate decision makers, discussing service
concepts, product capability and the commercial proposition with clients.
•Take responsibility for aggressive sales targets and ownership over
competitive pitching and winning new clients.
