Production Supervisor

Our client is a leading supplier of high quality specialist labels printed up to 10 colour, selling into premium food and drinks markets.

They are currently looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to oversee a shift of 25 staff, Monday to Fridays - early and lates.

Requirements for this Role

•Allocating workload and daily schedules for production
Liaising with Internal and External Customers and Suppliers
•Overseeing of Machine Operations ensuring all safety regulations are met.
•Maximise plant efficiency through teamwork and innovation
•Maintain and enforce all safety programs and procedures.
•Ensure good house-keeping is adhered to at all times.
•Ensure that all company policies are implemented and followed.
•Coordinating the work of the operations staff to ensure work is completed
efficiently.
•Maintain good communications with in-house departments.
•Maximise quality of product, efficiency of production and throughput of
workflow.

The ideal candidate will be a good problem solver and MUST have hands on knowledge of combination print processes.
