Job Description

Our Client is a large multi-national print organisation working to support a global event this summer.

They are looking to recruit a skilled Technical Support operative to work alongside their existing support team.

Working this summer on a global sporting event, applicants will require the following skills and experience

1. Considerable experience of service management processes - Incident, Change, Problem, Asset/Configuration Management particularly - and be comfortable working in a Service Desk "type" function

2. Demonstrable 2nd - 3rd line technical support experience

3. Experience with remote management of people and technology

4. Demonstrable experience in the management of Microsoft technologies

5. Experience of Printer/hardware configuration and troubleshooting - exposure to drivers and associated software

6. The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently at all times

Primarily, the role will require the candidate to provide detailed technical support (both local and remote) to a fleet of multifunction print devices and personnel using these machines.
