Our client is a major European Packaging Group who seeks a top rate Commercial Manager for their business in the Surrey area. The primarily focus is managing a team of Account Mangers, Account Execs, Buyers and Estimators to perform the day-to-day tasks needed to deliver quality customer service support to their high profile customer base.

The Commercial Manager has a number of internal departmental and administrational tasks to assist in the smooth running of the department and business as a whole. These tasks include • Effectively structuring and managing the Customer Services Team • Ensuring all team members have JDs, roles and responsibilities and objectives • Ensuring all team members get the necessary training to effectively do their job and understand the Group functions • Ensuring all work is delivered and invoiced on time • Maintaining and improving quality and flow of projects through department • Maintain team KPIs • Create, Document and Maintain departmental procedure documents • Host regular team meetings and report back to senior management • Procurement structures and supply change management.
