Graphic Designer (Agency, Integrated, Advertising, Marketing, Typography, Experiential Branding, Print, Digital, Events)

A fully integrated destination-marketing agency dedicated to creating award-winning work required a talented Designer to join their creative team.

Role

Reporting to the Creative Director, this is a key role in the creative department ensuring the highest quality of design output. This could mean working with a creative team's conceptual advertising scamps or working more independently on pure design projects such as websites, a branding project or a customer magazine.

Responsibilities

- Produce outstanding design solutions within allocated time frames
- Create inspiring design ideas and execute across a range of channels and mediums from digital to advertising, dm, magazines, experiential and events
- Good eye for typography, layout and photography
- Positively challenge to push the creative offering to a new level

Skills & Requirements

- Expert working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to deliver quality artwork as required, ensuring artwork is produced to print ready specifications
- A good understanding of print formats and processes
- Ability to implement basic digital production as required and work with digital developers on more complex projects
- Forward thinking and proactive
- Well organised and able to handle multiple projects from initial brief through to finished product
- Able to work well under pressure and respond productively to changing deadlines and priorities
- Ability to sell work effectively both internally and with clients
- Collaborative and flexible team player
