Position Account Director - Print Management/Managed Services/BPO

Location North

Salary c. £40k Basic + benefits

The Role
The role primarily involves the overseeing of a flagship contract worth in excess of £11m p.a.
Responsible for a team of c.15 staff you will be tasked with ensuring all SLA's are achieved and all processes adhered to.
Ensure the smooth running of the account and the delivery of all customer projects.
Improve processes where necessary to increase efficiency and help maximise the profit margin on the account.
Liaising directly with the client you will forge a strong relationship in order to help strategically grow the account and make ensure the best possible customer service.
Oversee budgetary control.

Requirements
A proven track record in managing similar size account with a similar number of reports is absolutely essential.
Collaborative and positive management style.
Good technical knowledge of litho sheet fed, direct mail, forms, POS necessary.
Demonstrable experience managing a corporate client(s) face to face is essential.
Demonstrable experience in overcoming customer dis-satisfaction, contractual SLA issues and finding improved solutions is required in this role.
Proven quantifiable results in increasing profit and efficiency required.
Confident, outgoing
Professional with gravitas. Superlative verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate.
