Job Description

FOX, a company in the Marketing Services industry, are seeking a full-time permanent Junior Designer. This role is based in Tunbridge Wells and is paying £20-22k p/a.

You will report into the Marketing Manager and will be assisting in the design and preparation of marketing communications to support the Business and it’s clients.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities
•You will be required to create concepts for marketing campaigns relating to the key “solutions” areas of the business.
•Creation and design of new website
•Design email templates and other various marketing support material.
•Client web-to-print templates need to be designed, agreed by client then created within the marketing and procurement platform.
• Remain up-to-date of design market trends, software and programmes

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

•Relevant Degree or Diploma
•Good interpersonal skills.
•Ability to self-start and work independently.
•Ability to meet tight deadlines and to multi-task
•An understanding of creative and print production processes.
•Be able to develop ideas from concept to delivery
•Good attention to detail
•Good technical knowledge of Dreamweaver, Indesign, Quark or other design software.
•A full understanding of CMS systems
•The ability to work with and develop brand identity
•The ability to code HTML and CSS

Person Specification
This role would suit a commercially aware individual, who will enjoy using their own creative flair to promote our brand. They will be highly organised and pride themselves on their accuracy and attention to detail. They will also be a self motivated individual who enjoys consistently delivering against agreed targets and who has the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
