The role

Introducing an outstanding opportunity to join a well established and highly reputable digital print house based in the West Midlands.

This well established printers is seeking to expand its sales team, offering a very attractive OTE plus benefits. Working within the fast paced digital print world this company prides itself on delivering high quality customer service and high quality print consistently. With in-house facilities that include small and wide format print, software, in house print finishing, and inhouse design.

This is a business which deals with a range of markets including B2B, print management companies and local authorities and is looking to expand in all areas.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for

• Working with the Sales team, implementing sales strategy
• Devising and developing new sales and marketing strategies
• Targeting and winning new business
• Developing existing accounts.

Key attributes of the Business Development Manager to include but not necessarily essential

• Knowledge and background within the printing industry, preferably digital sector
• Experience within personalisation and variable data print
• Demonstrable track record in winning new business and developing existing accounts
• Marketing knowledge and background
• Well presented
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
