Job Description

Capita are a FTSE100 listed company. Our print division is looking for a Shift manager

This role is to support the production manager in organising and supervising the efficient and quality production of the laser department to meet the planned schedules and customer specifications.

Experience/Skills
-A successful proven track record gained within the laser printing environment
-Experience at operating laser machine equipment, mailing equipment and finishing equipment.
-Supervisory experience desirable
-Good verbal and written communication
-Able to motivate and supervise team and to influence and gain commitment from others
-Generate solutions to meet the customer requirements
-Must be methodical with attention to detail
-Flexible and able to cope under pressure and demonstrate a level of emotional control and resilience.
-Able to maintain good personal disciplines and standards, the ability to demonstrate initiative and drive

The role will often involve working outside a regular (9-5) working week and require overtime at short notice.
