Job Description

My client is currently recruiting for a Fleet Executive based in the Warrington area. You will be responsible for the support and daily maintenance of all machinery based on several sites in the area.

In this role you will provide a proactive on site support service to a fleet of customer based printers/copiers, specifically conducting regular diagnostic checks and / or preventative first level maintenance. You will be expected to draw on your knowledge of printers/copiers, fault finding, repair capabilities and customer service skills.

Key Accountabilities
*To attend all machine failures as advised by the Dublin Service desk assess machine problem, to repair where possible or liaise with Dublin Service Desk/Engineer to resolve fault.
*Pro-Actively checking device statuses to prevent down-time due to consumable shortage, or trained intervention.
*Carry our regular maintenance checks, identify potential problems, make the necessary repairs and maintain a log of all activities, including an on-site parts inventory.
*Support and develop the asset management database / customer portals and undertake support tasks as directed by the Fleet Manager, for example stock take etc.
*Be responsible for the environmentally friendly disposal of all consumables and equipment.
*Maintain responsibility for the controlled consolidation and rationalisation of current contracts and equipment on each site.
*Manage and organize training on new products & tools for customers

Candidate Requirements
*Experience of Xerox and other compatible repro-equipment with basic technical or electrical knowledge.
*Recent Customer Relationship development experience
*PC skills including the ability to use Excel/ Word
*A full UK Driving licence and own transport and you will be required to travel on a daily basis.
