The Company
My client is a Top Ten Print Management organisation with a growing portfolio of blue-chip customers both in the UK and across mainland Europe. Their excellent reputation has attracted some of the industry's very best talent as they continue to grow from strength to strength.

The Role
* The team leader is integral to the management of a major contract with a pan-European Retail client.
* Manage and motivate a team of 12 account managers.
* Ensure all client projects are delivered on time and to the highest possible standards.
* Deal quickly and effectively with any customer issues and complaints
* Work with the Account Director to improve and develop the relationship and revenues

Requirements
* Proven man-management skills are essential
* Collaborative, positive management style
* Extensive print knowledge
* Experience working for a Print Management company on-site with a client ideal
* Experience working on a Retail contract would be a distinct advantage
* Professional with a real focus on customer service
* Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure - often to very tight deadlines
* Attention to detail
