Job Description
£45,000 - £55,000 basic + bonus (10 - 15% pa)+ car allowance of £8,200 pa, share scheme, pension, private medical cover
The role can be based in either London or Brussels.
Manage projects to deliver the commercialisation of new products, packages, promotional and beverage initiatives for this household global brand.
Co-ordinate and manage technical projects that require cross-system and cross-functional co-operation to deliver innovations in products, packaging, promotions and cold drinks initiatives.
Identify and implement product and packaging improvement opportunities with suppliers and the SC that will support the delivery of the business plan and / or customer benefits.
Delivery of new products and innovations on time and cost.
Feedback from Operations and Engineering on capability assessment.
Prepare an effective supply chain activation plan for new products that assesses the risks and ensures that production and distribution have the capability to deliver.
Lead the review of new product market performance and put in place a plan to address any technical product issues and deliver business requirements.
Project manager utilization
Feedback from internal customers – Operations / Engineering
Corporate responsibility & sustainability lead the project team and create an engaging environment that motivates the team members, fosters learning, creativity, integrity and continuous improvement.
Experience/skills required
Applied experience working in New Product Department of an FMCG company.
Experience from concept to launch using a defined NPD process.
Extensive project management experience.
Very confident, high achiever
