How to add your vacancy to oZZle

When you have logged into your Recruiter account, the first item on the menu is  “Add a new vacancy”.

Here are some navigations tips when adding your vacancy:

  • All fields marked with a red asterix are mandatory.
  • The salary fields must be accurate as we notify the Job Seekers of your vacancy by email and it is important that your vacancy is sent to people in the accurate salary bracket.
  • You have the option to select the box “Negotiable, (Hide Salary). This means that your salary will not be displayed on the site and the words “negotiable” will be shown.
  • Salary information should be entered without any punctuation.
  • You have the option to copy and paste from a word document your wording for the advert into the “Job Description” area to save time.
  • It is important that you ensure the correct email address is entered for the relevant person to be notified about any applications. This email address is not visible to anyone else on the site.
  • Please do not enter anything into the “URL for applications” field unless you have a corporate careers site that has a specialist URL address for applicants to complete on your own website.
  • It is always worth entering the town in the Job Title e.g. Account Manager – Basingstoke. You will notice that the geographical locations to choose from are quite wide and Job Seekers are more likely to apply if they know the town they will be expected to work in.

Each vacancy will stay live for 30 days, after 28 days you will receive a 48 hour advance notice of expiry. At this point you can visit your account and renew the vacancy for a further 30 days if required. If you choose not to renew, then the vacancy will be stored in your “Archived Vacancies” enabling you to retrieve it for use at a later date if required.
