Our client is a Packaging Distribution business and they are looking to appoint an additional sales Account Manager with the ability to build ongoing relationships with potential and existing customers and sell a range of packaging products and services.
The candidate will be required to play a crucial role within a well-regarded industrial packaging supply company. With the full breadth of the company's services and solutions within your remit, you will be presented with a perfect opportunity to speak with a wide range of decision makers, assessing their needs, with the end goal of generating new and developing existing revenue streams.

Your day will be split between contacting existing and prospective clients via telephone, preparing and following up quotations and other sales administration duties.
Day-to-day you will be:
Working closely within the sales team to support the sales function
Maintaining existing accounts to avoid sales leakage
Nurturing all prospects and converting quotations into orders
Making telephone calls, drawing on previous notes and information, obtaining information on current solutions used and maintaining supplies
Generating leads from telemarketing
To be considered for this role you will be expected to be:
Confident with a good telephone manner
A fluent presenter and objection handler (able to think quickly whilst on the telephone and not be easily diverted)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Conversant with IT and CRM systems
Target and results driven
Accurate, fast and methodical in recording information
A strong work ethic, good communication skills along with a desire to deliver results are all you need to start on your journey with this company
Between £20k & £25k basic salary (DOE)
Plus, Company Bonus based on daily sales targets per month and individual sales targets.
